The villa is located on the coast of the Bay of Kotor in the village with the wonderful name of Dobrota, two kilometers from the ancient fortress town of Kotor. Due to its unique location and beauty, Boko Kotor Bay is included in the UNESCO World Heritage List. A mountain range separates this unique place from Tivat airport, which eliminates any inconveniences associated with the movement of aircraft, but thanks to the newly laid mountain tunnel, the road from the airport to the villa takes only 15 minutes.Built in 1985, the villa was renovated in 2011 in a Mediterranean style. It has five apartments on four floors. Each apartment has a main sea view and its own separate entrance.
