On the ground floor there is a fully equipped restaurant with a kitchen that has sufficient capacity for the needs of the entire complex, which can also function as an ''a la carte'' restaurant.

The exterior facade is made of Maljat stone, which is one of the highest quality due to its characteristics. The courtyard is paved with natural stone.
