One-bedroom apartments are from 41 to 43 sq. m, prices are from 118 000 to 151 000€. Two-bedroom apartments are from 57 to 77 sq. m, prices are from 169 600 to 245 000€. All apartments are sold with finishing and installed plumbing and air-conditioning. It can be purchased in installments: initial payment is 20-30%, the remaining amount is scheduled in stages until the completion of the complex in September 2025.
