Buyers are exempt from paying property transfer 3% tax. The distance to the sea and promenade is 800 meters or 10-minute walk. All permits have been received for the construction. The complex consists of two buildings: building A - 15 apartments; building B - 16 apartments and two-level underground parking. One-bedroom apartments are from 41 to 43 sq. m, prices are from 118 000 to 151 000€. Two-bedroom apartments are from 57 to 77 sq. m, prices are from 169 600 to 245 000€. All apartments are sold with finishing and installed plumbing and air-conditioning. It can be purchased in installments: initial payment is 20-30%, the remaining amount is scheduled in stages until the completion of the complex in September 2025.
