There are three options in the purchase process:

• Construction of a villa according to the project and estimate in the Rohbau system, with exterior carpentry, hydro and thermal insulation, construction of a part of the pool by April 15, 2024 in the amount of 840,000 euros.

• The third purchase process refers to a fully completed facility according to the project. The price does not include the interior decoration of the villa and gardening. The planned completion date of the project is November 1, 2024, the price is 1,300.00 euros.

Ugljan is the nearest island of the Zadar archipelago, directly opposite the city of Zadar. Preko is the administrative center of the island of Ugljan, and there is also a ferry port connecting the island with the city of Zadar.
