We sell a unique object - a manor in Sigulda

The building complex is one of the most striking examples of the Classicism era in Latvia, has 17 architectural and construction structures with a total area of about 7,000 sq. m.

The estate is located on the northeastern border of Sigulda and Krimulda parish, on the territory of Gauja National Park, 50 kilometers from Riga.

The estate remained in the ancestral possession of the von Lieven princes until 1921.The estate is in good technical condition and partially renovated.

At the moment there is a rehabilitation center in the building.
