Atlantis - a large-scale residential complex in the center of Hurghada

Atlantis is a new modern residential complex located in the heart of Hurghada, just 5 minutes drive from the international airport and a couple of minutes walk from the best beaches and the famous El Mamsha promenade.

2 bedroom apartment from 99 sq.m and cost from 3,292,304 Egyptian pounds upon full payment at once and 4,115,381 Egyptian pounds in installments.

3 bedroom apartment with an area of 156 sq.m and a price from 6,040,320 Egyptian pounds upon full payment at once and 7,550,400 Egyptian pounds in installments.



Maintenance of the complex is paid for once and for life and amounts to 10% of the cost of the apartment.

A green contract has been drawn up for the land plot of the residential complex.

Completion of the first phase of the project is scheduled for the end of 2026.

Completion of the 2nd phase is scheduled for the end of 2027.
