Modern, award-winning chalet near the national park

A four-story, modern mountain house located at 1000 m above sea level in the village of Dulovine in Kolasin, not far from the Biogradska gora National Park.
The house is located on a plot of approx. 900 m2, and is spread over 4 levels with a total area of approx. 300 m2.
The ground floor of the house consists of a spacious living room with large and numerous glass surfaces, a kitchen with a dining room, two terraces through which a connection is established with the yard of the house, a hallway, a bathroom and a wardrobe.
The first floor consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a terrace.
The attic consists of a studio apartment with a bathroom, a work space on the gallery and a storage room.
The basement contains: an entrance hall, a ski room, a laundry room, a bathroom with a spacious freestanding bathtub, installations for a sauna and a kitchenette, technical rooms where the boiler room, water pump and a spacious area intended for a gym or home cinema are located.
Given that the walls in the house are 40 cm wide and the supporting profiles are made of wood and aluminum with an integrated smart heating and cooling system, the house represents one of the successful examples of energy-efficient buildings in Montenegro.
Since 2017, when the construction was completed, the house has been awarded several times at prestigious architectural events in Spain, Germany, Slovenia, etc.
In the immediate vicinity of the house there is the Dulovine Forest Park and the Botanical Garden, while the Kolasin 1450 and 1600 ski centers are located 11 and 13 km away, respectively.
