The house is located on the outskirts of Batumi (6 km from the city center) in the area called Green Cape. This is the greenest area around Batumi. The house is 200 m from the sea (3 minutes walk). The Batumi Botanical Garden is 1 km away (10-15 minutes walk). The house has a closed parking lot and an open parking lot.

The house is approved by several Georgian banks for mortgage lending to non-residents for a period of 5 to 15 years without income verification documents.* There is also a shop available for sale in the basement.
