Main house:

• An internal staircase leads to the two upper floors, where there are four spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and unique design details.

Second home:

• It contains a fifth bedroom with a bathroom, a modernly equipped kitchen, a living room and a covered terrace with access to the pool and sun terrace — an ideal place to relax and socialize.

The house has air conditioning, and heating is provided using an under-floor system in all rooms. The fireplace complements the atmosphere and warmth of the house during the colder months.

The entire complex is surrounded by a stone wall, which ensures complete privacy and tranquility. The renovation was carried out in 2012 with special attention to the preservation of the original materials and atmosphere.
