The complex is located just 2 kilometers from the sea and 21 kilometers from the center of Alanya. It consists of 10 blocks: 3 blocks with a height of 4 floors and 7 blocks with a height of 2 floors. The total number of apartments is 164, including apartments of various types and sizes: 126 apartments 1+1, 17 apartments 2+1, 4 apartments 3+1, 13 apartments 4+1 and 4 apartments 5+1.
