The total area of the land plot on which the hotel and villa are planned is 64,011 m2. The remaining land for the project, depending on the project, will be about 100,600 m2.   • The land plot offered for sale is part of the Prisliga - Jazine Tourist and Restaurant zone, which is located for economic purposes – Tourist and restaurant T1 (hotels and villas).
  • The plan provides for the construction of hotels with associated facilities for commercial, service, sports, recreational, entertainment and similar purposes.
  • The maximum capacity in zone T1 is 1,424 beds, of which 30% or 427 beds are in villas, the rest may be in hotel rooms and/or outbuildings.

This legal entity has concluded an agreement with the municipality and agreed on the investor's obligation to start construction within one year from the date of receipt of the final construction act.
