Luxury resort project on the first line in the Murther area

The project of a luxury resort and spa with a magnificent location on the 1st line of the sea in the area of Sibenik (Murter)!

The total area of the land plot on which the hotel and villa are planned is 64,011 m2. The remaining land for the project, depending on the project, will be about 100,600 m2. This part will include the concession (beach and sea) for the maritime territory and the right to build on public land.The part owned by the state can be sold to a future investor.The analyzed land plot is located in the south of Croatia, on the territory of Sibenik-Knin county, which is located in the central part of the Croatian Adriatic coast, in the former Illyrian province.

This legal entity has concluded an agreement with the municipality and agreed on the investor's obligation to start construction within one year from the date of receipt of the final construction act.
