This residential building, located in the prestigious suburb of Rovinj, is for sale just 200 meters from the sea.Originally built in 1987, the hotel underwent significant modernization in 2016, including the renovation of the facade using Grigolin silicate plaster, the complete replacement of joinery with aluminum and PVC fittings, as well as updated equipment and sheet metal work.
