A plot of land for the construction of tourist real estate on the 1st line of the sea in the area of Pula, near the famous Roman cave!
It is only 5 km from the center of Pula and about 10 km from the international airport of Pula.

According to the local urban plan, most of the accommodation will be allocated to a 176-bed hotel (1), and the rest will be organized in four Villa-type buildings, each of which can accommodate up to six people (2).
