We are proud to present a project for the construction of a villa located in a small village near Buye, with all the necessary amenities for everyday life. Budge has become very, very popular lately.
The project was designed to build a villa in a traditional style on the site.

Attention is paid to every detail of the villa to ensure maximum comfort and quality of stay in the villa. This is how the communication of the villa's interior space is organized so that each room fully fulfills its intended role, with the most simplified use of the building. We are sure that in this project you will be able to find the property of your dreams, in which you will have the opportunity to stay all year round, given the highest equipment of the villa and the high level of quality of all work.
The villa project consists of a living area with a total area of 220 m2, divided into two floors: ground and second. The ground floor of the villa consists of an entrance hall, which introduces us to a comfortable and spacious living area of the villa, designed according to the open space system without partitions. It consists of a large kitchen, a cozy dining room and a living room with access to a large terrace. What makes staying on the ground floor of the villa special is not only the spacious and comfortable rooms, but also the glass walls through which the view/access to the landscaped garden opens, as well as through which more natural daylight passes. In addition to all of the above, on the ground floor of the villa there is additionally a first bedroom with its own bathroom and access to the already mentioned summer terrace. The guest toilet and the "utility" room (laundry) are located in the mentioned lobby of the villa. An internal staircase leads to the second floor of the villa, where there are 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Each room has access to a covered terrace.

The villa will be located on a plot of 740 m2, which, upon completion, can be completely surrounded by a wall and decorated with Mediterranean plants with interesting lighting solutions that create a special atmosphere in the garden at night. Access to the garden from the paved road will be via an electric port with sensors, as well as parking for 2-3 cars in the garden. The central part of the courtyard will be occupied by a swimming pool with a sunbathing area, located next to the summer terrace on the ground floor, and for the youngest family members there is enough greenery for a carefree and safe game. All necessary infrastructure is located next to the land plot.

Location features: The plot is located in a small picturesque Istrian village consisting of only a few family houses, stone houses and holiday villas. The location is ideal for all those who prefer to avoid large crowds in cities, being surrounded by nature and at the same time being in close proximity to all the necessary facilities for the daily life of a modern family. Thus, the site is located just a few km from the town of Buye, where you can find everything you need for a safe and peaceful stay in the villa, for example; shops, pharmacies, pharmacies, doctors, gas stations, supermarkets, markets, fish, meat, creameries, wine shops, schools, kindergartens and the like.
