Rijeka Dubrovachka, a new house with a total built-up area of 270 m2 with a swimming pool, on a plot with a total area of 505 m2.

The facility has fully adapted access for people with disabilities. It consists of a ground floor, a second floor and an attic, which are connected by an elevator inside the house and an internal staircase.

On the ground floor there is an entrance hall, an elevator, a living room with a kitchen, a bathroom and two bedrooms. The ground floor consists of a corridor, an elevator, a living room with a kitchenette, a bathroom, two bedrooms and access to a spacious covered terrace overlooking the Dubrovnik River. The attic with gazebos consists of a corridor, an elevator, a bathroom, a living room, a kitchen space and an outdoor terrace. The property is equipped with air conditioning in every room (living room, bedrooms) in the house, including the auxiliary building, and underfloor heating in all rooms of the property (living room, hallway, bathroom...), except the bedrooms.

In the spacious courtyard there is a swimming pool equipped with an elevator for the disabled and people with reduced mobility, a sun terrace with a seating area, a summer kitchen and a small building similar to a pantry with solar-powered hot water tanks, a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet.
