Spa Hotel in the picturesque village of Mladezhko, in the Strandzha Mountains

The hotel complex consists of two buildings – a hotel and guest houses. Both objects are built in accordance with the most modern requirements in construction. The buildings are heat-insulated, PVC windows with triple glazing. In winter, heating is provided by a local heating system. All rooms are air-conditioned. The facades of the buildings are made in a typical Strandzha style.

The hotel part with a total built-up area of 4416 sq.m. is a building with a basement and three hotel floors. The basement floor houses public areas – a reception, a restaurant, a lobby bar, a spa area. The total area of the site adjacent to the hotel is 4857 sq.m., an additional 1060 sq.m. children's playground. The total area of the site is 5917 sq.m.

1. The hotel section has 45 rooms, all with terraces, distributed as follows:

o Double rooms /bedroom + folding chair/ – 31 rooms

o Double deluxe rooms /bedroom + sofa bed/ - 4 rooms

o Junior Apartments /two-room/ - 8 rooms

o Deluxe apartments /three-room/ - 2 rooms.

2. The spa area of the complex has the following amenities:

o Indoor pool with hydromassage area – 30 sq.m.

o Indoor pool – 60 sq.m.

o Outdoor pool – 50 sq.m.

3. A spacious lobby bar with a summer garden and a games room with entertaining games.

4. The restaurant has a capacity of 120 seats and also has a separate room for a buffet. The summer garden adjacent to the restaurant is covered and has a capacity of about 100 seats.

5. Conference hall equipped with multimedia equipment and a flipchart, with a capacity of 70 people.

6. Entertainment area – a football field with high-strength artificial turf, a park area with playgrounds.

7. Indoor children's corner.

8. All streets around the hotel are paved, there is parking for 45-50 cars. There is parking for buses in front of the guest houses.

9. There is space for a second restaurant for 35 people, as well as space for fitness equipment.

The hotel section has 9 rooms for staff, furnished and equipped.

The guest houses, 4 in number, have the same area and are built in a row, the total built-up area of the four houses is 470 sq.m. Each house has a living room /equipped kitchen, upholstered furniture/ and a spacious veranda with barbecue. On the first floor there is a bathroom and toilet. On the second floor there are two separate bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms.
