The villa is located in a very quiet and beautiful place in the village of Rezevici (near the main road). The nearest beaches - Perazica Do, Crvena Glavica or Sveti Stefan can be reached by car in 10-15 minutes; the sea (rocky coast) can be reached on foot in 10-15 minutes.
