•Single-chamber double-glazed windows Stopsol Brown, 4mm. The seal is made of EPPDM material, which guarantees a long service life.
•The roof plate is flat with a thickness of 200 mm, made of monolithic reinforced concrete with effective insulation with a thickness of 150 mm. in combination: expanded polystyrene (100mm), styrofoam (50mm).
Waterproofing on concrete is liquid rubber.
The final waterproofing is made on a concrete screed with a thickness of 80 mm, lying on a thermal insulation made of a waterproofing membrane with a thickness of 1.5mm (manufactured by MAPEI Italy).•The villa is connected to the city's water, electricity and sewerage networks.
