The tanhouse with its own pool is located in the popular tourist village of Kallithea, 700 meters from the beach and within walking distance of bars and shops.

The maisonette consists of 3 levels. On the 1st floor there is a living room with a kitchen, a storage room and a veranda. The 2nd floor consists of 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. On the 3rd floor there is a bedroom and a bathroom.
