Stone house with central heating in an Old Bar

A legalized stone house after major repairs with central heating, a large garden with fruit trees. It is located in the Podgrad district in the Old Bar, near the entrance to the olive grove, under the old Turkish fortress. The location is good for outdoor walks (the grove can offer several fantastic routes), and for hiking in restaurants (the Old Bar is a 10-minute walk away). The large Bar Hospital is a 5-minute walk away.

A quiet, secluded place, hidden from both tourists and the Adriatic storms. The New Bar is easily accessible by car (5 minutes) or by bus.

The house is one-storey, made of brick, on a slab. Layout: kitchen combined with living room, bathroom, 3 bedrooms, hallway.

Parking space for one car with new sliding gates (can be expanded).

Central radiator heating is connected to a wood-burning stove.

The following works were carried out in 2024:

-facades and attic floor are insulated

-electrics have been replaced, electric power under an agreement with a supplying organization is 16 kW

-floors (parquet board) have been replaced, doors

-plastered and the interior walls are painted

-a new terrace (a canopy made of welded metal profile pipes with sandwich panels, a fresh stove is filled in, tiles are laid)

-a modern powerful Nisepse split system has been installed

-the Ikea kitchen has been installed, new appliances have been installed: an electric hob, an oven and a Bosch extractor hood, a Samsung refrigerator, a reverse osmosis water filter, an Indecit water heater

-ventilation is arranged in the bathroom and in the kitchen

-in the bathroom - modern shower and plumbing, new furniture, an Indecit 80 liter water heater, a Bosch washing machine

-a 3 meter wide Ikea dressing room

-radiators are replaced

-a shed of 15 meters with a new roof (welded metal profile pipes, profiled sheet)

All rooms are equipped with new high-quality furniture. There is everything you need for a comfortable life!

There are fruit trees on the plot: pomegranate, plum, orange (2 pcs.), tangerine (5 pcs.), lemon, olive (6 pcs.; at the entrance to the olive grove there is an oil mill, where you can exchange the collected olives for oil of the highest quality), pear (2 pcs.), dogwood, the living room window is covered with grapes, there are kiwis and grapes in the parking lot.
