The house has interesting architecture, a large yard and a beautiful panoramic view of Stara Planina and Sunny Beach.
The house consists of two floors, a basement and a cellar. On the ground floor there is a living room combined with a kitchenette, a dining room with a dining area, and a large glazed veranda. On the first floor there is a solid fuel stove and a large open fireplace. On the second floor there are three bedrooms on different levels, each with its own fireplace and a solid fuel stove. The first floor consists of a bathroom with a toilet, a toilet with a boiler, which can be separated as a second large bathroom with a toilet.
