The apartment is brand new and has never been used. It is delivered in excellent condition. Sunset Kosharitsa has excellent on-site facilities – all guests can choose from five swimming pools, pool bars, sauna, jacuzzi, steam room, gym and massage room.
There is also a shop where you can buy food, drinks and essentials. The restaurant is called "Kosharitsa" and offers delicious local and international cuisine at reasonable prices. The guests can use the well-maintained areas and landscaped gardens with flowers and trees, a car park, a conference hall for 150 people. Guests can use the regular bus and a comprehensive special transfer to Sunny Beach and back 4 times a day with token payment.
