The third floor is accessible from the ground floor, as well as a spacious terrace under vines, under which there are vaults (three stone vaults).
The house was built by attaching it to a rock.
In the courtyard of the house there is a garden, a threshing floor (a paved round plateau made of hewn stone)
On another plot opposite the house, with an area of 40 acres, there is a water tank hollowed out in the rock.
This section is cascading, and from both sections there is a fantastic view of the entire village and the Lipskaya cave.
