The immediate surroundings consist of commercial, service facilities, as well as lands with a similar purpose.

REAL ESTATE

Registration number: 34. Site area: 1.7959 hectares.

On the site are located:

Two-story office building with a total area of 452.29 m2. The building has no basement, a flat roof, and is built of brick. Ceilings made of filigree slabs. The roof is made of filigree slabs, covered with a 5.2-thick SBS underlay and top roofing membrane. Reinforced concrete staircase to the second floor. The entrance to the second floor is separate from the first floor. The first floor is finished, the second floor is ready to be finished. Heating via heat pump.
