New luxury stone villa with swimming pool and magnificent panoramic views of the open sea and the Mediterranean atmosphere of the village and beach of Drobni Pesak.

The villa is built on two levels and consists of a main and ancillary buildings. The main building includes 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and one toilet. The accessory building is one room with a bath designed to store pool and yard equipment, which can also be converted into an additional studio.

The total area of the main building is 256 m², of which 197 m² is net area. The ancillary building has an area of 27 m² and the ground area is 796 m².

Due to the cascading topography, access to the villa is from the parking level directly to the top floor.

Floor layout of the main building:
