Co-founded with an investor, the turnkey project is led by DEM GROUP GmbH. Profit from the project is distributed in accordance with the established shares.

The required amount of own investment is 332,800 euros. Financing of construction by a German bank for the entire remaining amount is provided under guarantees from DEM GROUP GmbH.

The investor's income is 111.237 euros, which is 33.42% of the invested amount.

Planned project implementation period: 18 months from the date of receipt of the construction permit.

Commission for the investor + 3.57% of the investment amount
