Urbanised plot of land within 400 m of the sea front in Rezevici, in a quiet place surrounded by the Mediterranean greenery. The plot is located on the hillside with great views of the Adriatic coastline and the mountains.

There is a project to build two villas with the complete package of technical documentation. The designs are developed by the British and Montenegrin architects to make sure that the villas organically blend into the landscape, follow local architecture traditions, and are suitable for the local climate.

The seaside village of Rezevici in the Budvan Riviera is located within 10 min drive from Budva, the capital of Montenegrin tourism. Rezevici is known for its sandy beaches and fresh sea breezes, it has several prestigious hotels, luxury private villas and apartments. Sveti Stefan and the famous beach Milocer are only several minutes away by car, while the town of Kotor and the Bay of Kotor are only 35 km away. International airports of Tivat and Podgorica are also easily accessible.
