Waterfront villa with own beach in Dobra Voda

The villa is located in a landscaped area on the shores of the Adriatic Sea in the Bar Riviera, in the village of Dobra Voda.

The magnificent view with the wonderfully clear water of the Adriatic Sea and coastal cliffs opens from panoramic windows.

The main entrance of the villa is located on the third floor due to features. Entering the building, you immediately find yourself in a huge kitchen-dining room and living room with fireplace. From here you can get to the spacious terrace, which offers a fantastic panoramic view of the sea. Bedrooms are located on all floors, six of which have private terraces with sea views. There is also a special household room with a washing machine, a convenient ironing board, and shelving for storing bedding and towels. Satellite TV and Wi-Fi are included.

The territory of the villa is completely fenced, there is a parking with automatic gates. Special attention deserves a swimming pool with areas for adults and children. It is quite roomy - 12 by 4,5 meters, with a depth reaching 2,2 meters. For children, a part of the pool is specially fenced off where the depth does not exceed 80 centimeters. A private staircase descends from the pool to the sea.
