HISTORIC VILLA WITH POOL AND SPA NEAR PISA

The storic villa is located near Pisa.

The main villa, which can be considered a residence museum, consists of three buildings: the main building, the adjacent spa center and an extension with a total area of about 1000 sq.m.

On the ground floor there is a double hall with a spacious gallery almost twenty meters long. From here we get to the dining room, library, spacious kitchen and two spacious living rooms. The first floor is completed by a Columned hall with an area of 90 square meters, oriented towards the southwestern valley and the sea.

On the second floor there is a large central gallery, from which six spacious rooms depart, including living rooms, dressing rooms and three bedrooms with three fully renovated bathrooms, as well as a terrace.

On the third floor there are four more spacious bedrooms with four equally renovated bathrooms, a large gallery corridor and a former artist's studio with an area of 60 square meters, turned into a cinema with a large wall screen and modern appliances.

On the fourth floor there is a crenellated tower with a terrace.

The villa has recently been thoroughly renovated. In fact, columns, busts, sculptures, pilasters, friezes, carpets and paintings (over 300), from the 15th century to the 20th century, decorate every corner of the residence. A grand staircase leads to the lower floor, where you will find an indoor spa area with windows overlooking the valley and the sea. There is a large space here, including a heated pool up to 37 degrees Celsius, a high-pressure hydro massage and a Roman waterfall, a spacious Finnish sauna, a locker room and a bathroom.

Outside, the spa center overlooks a large stone pool (20x6.5 meters, depth 2.5 meters) with an infinity edge, hydro massage and an outdoor hot shower. There is also a sunbathing area and a large dining table for 18 people, surrounded by busts, a well, fountains, ancient columns and stone fonts with holy water.

The property is complemented by various Italian-style gardens, an English-style garden with lakes, paths and alternating meadows and hedges, as well as olive groves, vineyards and small forests covering about 5 hectares more. In addition, there are another 25 hectares of forests, olive trees (1000 pcs) and arable land, which makes a total of 32 hectares.
