In the center of Rovinj there is a beautiful stone family house with an area of 110 m2, two-storey.

The ground floor of the house consists of an external corridor, an entrance hall and a bathroom, a spacious living room, a dining room and a kitchen with access to a covered terrace. We have a small summer kitchen and a barbecue in the garden. An internal staircase leads to the second floor, which consists of 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a covered balcony, one bedroom offers a beautiful view of the Church of St. Euphemia.
