An internal staircase leads to the upper floor, where there is a lovely open-plan living room (kitchen, dining room and living room) and a guest toilet.

Thanks to the large aluminum frames, the space is fully illuminated from three sides (northeast-south).

The living room has access to a spacious terrace with an outdoor pool (8 x 3 m) and sea views.

The facility is equipped with underfloor heating, and air conditioners are installed in every room.
