If the cost of the apartment is paid in full within 1 month from the date of signing the Preliminary Agreement, a 3% discount is provided.
The right to use the apartment is transferred upon receipt of Act 16, commissioning is scheduled for 2025. The notarial deed is concluded at any time, after full payment.
