The building is designed from noble materials and finishes, thinking about the comfort and safety of our daily life, where glazed facades, air conditioners, home automation and deck balconies stand out.Taking advantage of the hill, the entire building was oriented to the south, which allowed an unobstructed view of the bay.Although it is located in an exclusively residential area, it is within walking distance of primary and secondary schools, a hospital, the Barreiros Stadium, as well as several shops, a pharmacy, mini markets, a fruit shop and much more, with several exits to the city center and an expressway.Construction is expected to be completed in June 2023.
