Jesenice is a small town with a population of 2,000 inhabitants, located between the cities of Split and Omis.

The villa is located in the green belt of an ancient village at the foot of Mosor Hill (a popular place among amateur climbers), 2 km from the city center. The location of the villa offers a wonderful view of the sea and the islands and has all the prerequisites for full enjoyment of nature and sports. Within walking distance of approx. 500 m away there is a famous tavern with excellent food, service and wonderful views.

The villa is a partially old building, i.e. a stone house with walls 50 cm thick, which was further expanded and adapted in 2023. It is located on a plot of 800 m2 and occupies 228 m2 of living space distributed over three floors (basement, ground floor, second floor) with a useful roof terrace.

In the basement there is a dining room, a kitchen equipped with all appliances, a bathroom, a summer kitchen with a barbecue, a relaxation area with a sauna. The annex has access to an outdoor summer terrace with a dining area and where you can enjoy a 28 m2 swimming pool with a sunbathing area.

On the ground floor there are 3 spacious and beautifully decorated bedrooms with bathrooms and a living room.

On the 1st floor there is a fourth bedroom with a bathroom, and on the roof terrace there is a Jacuzzi with a sunbathing area, offering beautiful panoramic views of the Adriatic Sea and the islands. The rooftop terrace also provides all astronomy enthusiasts with an excellent opportunity to observe the night sky.

All rooms, living room and dining room are equipped with air conditioning, WI-FI is also available.

The insulation of the villa is made of styrofoam with a thickness of 5 cm, windows and doors are made of aluminum joinery, the villa is equipped with a water heater with solar heating, central heating is installed throughout the house and a solar energy installation has also been carried out.

The villa has 4 covered parking spaces, a tool room, a machine room by the pool, a laundry room.

Considering that the villa is located in a green area where construction is prohibited, the villa is not connected to water supply and sewerage. The villa has a 54 m3 water tank and two septic tanks.
