Dubai's The World Islands is a $5 billion megaproject planned as a permanent tourist accommodation. It has direct access to the private beach and will be delivered with an infinity pool, private garden, kitchens with white goods and furnishings, wardrobes in the bedrooms, bathrooms, and washers and dryers in the laundry room. Type A1 beach houses will have an additional 155 m^2 large pool deck and living area where you can host your guests.

Lagoon houses will be delivered with 4 bedrooms, a maid's room, a total of 5 en-suite bathrooms, an open-plan kitchen with white goods, wardrobes in the bedrooms, bathrooms, and washers and dryers in the laundry room. Lagoon houses have private pools and also access to the lagoon pool. It has 412 m^2 of living space on a 235 m^2 land area.
