The area is not overpopulated; behind the two streets that make up this part of the resort Kobuleti, a natural national park begins. The territory is a protected area and is not subject to development.

Opposite the end of the house there is a bus stop; regular buses and minibuses go to the center of Batumi.

The main highway does not pass here; it is several kilometers behind the park. So silence and clean air are guaranteed to you.
