• until April 2032 – WITHOUT INCREASE in PRICE
• the possibility of payment for up to 10 years from the date of conclusion of the contract – with an increase in price of 5% per annum, accrued on the balance.

If you pay a down payment of 35% or more, you will receive a 1% discount from the price. If you pay a down payment of more than 50% upon signing the Preliminary Agreement, you will receive a 1.5% discount from the cost.
