A historic building for renovation in Quiet Centre.
The property is located in the very heart of Riga Quiet Centre , which is a highly prestigious
location for embassies , restaurants and amid many 19/20th century Art Nuevo buildings.
The building was originally built as rental building in 1904 in accordance with the project of
architect E.Trompovsky and is in line with eclectic style architecture. The building is located in
UNESCO territory, however not included in the list of protected monuments.
In 2002 there was approved a renovation project for the property, according to which the new part
of the building was initiated. The project was revised and reapproved in 2008. The construction
works have not been completed and not commissioned.
The property is currently is vacant from tenants. According to
cadastral information the total are of historic building is 3440m2, estimated total area of the new part about ~ 1180m2
