The standard payment plan includes four stages: a deposit of 3, 000 € for an apartment or 1, 000 € for a parking space — with signing of a deposit agreement and fixation of the final price; then 40% upon signing the preliminary contract; another 40% upon receiving Act 14; and the remaining 20% upon commissioning of the building, that is, upon receiving Act 16.

The maintenance fee is a guarantee of the complex’s appearance and quality. After receiving Act 16, the investor charges a one-time maintenance fee of 20 €/sq. m., under which full care of the property is provided for a period of 2 years. This includes the common areas, parking, facade, landscaping, and lighting. Such a system allows the building to be maintained in impeccable condition and serves as a real confirmation of the project’s quality.

After this period, management is transferred to the condominium ownership.

Construction is scheduled to begin in October 2026. The construction period is 24 months, while the contract provides for 30 months due to seasonal construction restrictions in Ravda.
