Winery With Pool Surrounded By Florence's Hills

Nestled in the heart of the most authentic Tuscan countryside, this splendid estate is reached via a dirt road lined with cypress trees and neat vineyards, hinting at the rural charm of the property, which consists of two main buildings with a total surface area of approximately 1,112 sqm, surrounded by over 21 hectares of land divided into 9 hectares of vineyards, 1 hectare of olive groves, 8 hectares of arable land, 1 hectare of woodland and a small orchard. The view that opens up all around is a continuous succession of vines, green hills and harmonious lines. The interior spaces of the villa retain their rustic Tuscan character, with solid wood beamed ceilings, exposed stone walls, terracotta arches, terracotta floors and antique fireplaces. The rooms, some of which have been renovated and some of which are still in their original state, offer ample space, picturesque views and great versatility of use. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with details that recall rural tradition and the elegant simplicity of country life. On the ground floor of the main building are the reception area, a spare bathroom and a dining room with a glass veranda, with large arches framing the view of the landscape. One of the apartments, still in its original style, has three bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room with a fireplace, a dining room and a panoramic terrace overlooking the valley and the swimming pool. Although in need of renovation, this space stands out for its harmonious structure and breathtaking views. On the other side of the ground floor is the owner's apartment, with two bedrooms, a study, a kitchen and a bathroom. On the left side of the villa are two more recent apartments, each with two bedrooms, a bathroom and a living room with a kitchenette. From this wing, a staircase leads to the charming panoramic tower, which houses a glass-enclosed sitting room with a 360° view of the surrounding hills, perfect as a relaxation area or reading space immersed in silence.Ref. 13603
