To heat the water, a common 300-liter boiler, an electric boiler and solar collectors are used, which significantly save on electricity. Also in the technical room there is a pumping station and the main nodes of centralized and backup water supply.
The village's water supply is centralized from a local mountain source. Currently, communications have already been laid under the new road to connect the village's houses to the Budva Water Utility, and fiber-optic communications have also been laid to connect houses to the Internet.
Backup Water supply - turns on automatically if for any reason the pressure of the central village water supply disappears or decreases. The backup water supply is provided through the use of an individual reserve tank, which is located under the parking areas and an automatic pumping station.
