We offer two studio apartments in the very center of Opatija, just 100 meters from the beach and the Lungomar street promenade. These apartments are located in the high basement of a historic villa, in the second row from the sea.

Studio A, with an area of 31.93 m2, faces south-east and has a terrace of 11.64 m2 with sea views. It includes an entrance corridor, a kitchen area combined with a living room and a bedroom, as well as a separate bathroom. One parking space and a storage room are attached to the apartment.

Studio B, with an area of 16.57 m2, has a north-west orientation. It includes an entrance hall with a kitchenette, a bedroom-living room and a separate bathroom. It is possible to arrange a terrace on the adjacent territory. The studio also includes a separate room, which can be adapted to a kitchen or studio, with an area of 3.86 m2.

Both studios are fully furnished and ready to move in. High ceilings (3.3 m) give the rooms space and light. Heating and air conditioning are provided by modern climate systems. The building is regularly serviced, and the common areas are in excellent condition.

The main advantage of the facility is its location. The villa is just a 2-minute walk from the beach and all necessary amenities, including supermarkets, gyms and transport stops.
