The 4* residential complex, opened in 2016, is located in the heart of the Budva Riviera in the village of Becici, approximately 3 km from the tourist center of Budva and 350 meters from one of the best beaches in Montenegro on the second line from the sea.

The complex consists of cascade-type buildings, located at an altitude of 40 to 60 meters above sea level, which provides unforgettable magnificent views of the sea and rocky mountains from the apartment terraces.

A large outdoor pool, landscaped green area, private parking for cars, 24-hour security, daily cleaning of apartments, and informational support from reception staff ensure the most comfortable conditions for your stay and relaxation at any time of year.

The distance to the sea is 200 meters, and the walk to the beach (from 350 meters) takes no more than 7-10 minutes. A shortcut to the beach leads through Block A, where an external elevator shortens the walk to the beach without steep climbs and hills. The road (Adriatic Highway) can be crossed via a pedestrian crossing or an underground pedestrian walkway. Becici's beaches are mostly municipal. The city beach is divided into paid and free recreation areas. The beaches are predominantly small-pebbled (see photos in the gallery), with a gentle slope into the sea, making them ideal for families with small children.

The guarded grounds of the Belvedere Residence include a garage and ample free surface parking. Reservations are required, as spaces are limited.
