We offer a cozy apartment in the famous Opatija villa, located in the old part of the city of Opatija. The living area is 90 m2, the apartment is located on the second floor without an elevator. It is only 100 meters from the house to the sea and the main beach.

The apartment was thoroughly renovated in 2007 and includes two comfortable bedrooms and a living room. The basements have been renovated and improved, and the attic slants present at the edges do not interfere with movement and only slightly reduce the total usable area.

The owners have access to a balcony from where they can enjoy their morning coffee and fresh air. It is important to note that, in agreement with the current owner, it is possible to use a parking space — this is especially valuable during the summer season.

Opatija is a famous resort with a rich history and developed infrastructure. Beaches, restaurants and shops are in the immediate vicinity, which provides comfortable accommodation and a variety of recreational opportunities.
