The spacious apartment of the villa with sea view, with a total area of 140 m2, is located on the ground floor in a quiet area of Opatija. The space allows you to comfortably accommodate six guests. the apartment has its own entrance.

The apartment is equipped with the most modern amenities: an autonomous air conditioning system for heating and cooling, free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, as well as a washing machine and dishwasher. It includes two spacious double rooms and one small single room, three bathrooms with shower and toilet, as well as a spacious kitchen with access to a second balcony and a terrace covered with an awning. The day area is equipped with a sofa bed for two people and has access to a balcony with magnificent sea views.
