The house consists of three levels: basement, first floor and second floor. In the basement, with an area of 40 m2, there are two possible bedrooms, a bar with a ship's table and a stove, as well as a separate bathroom. The ground floor (90 m2) includes a kitchen, a dining room, a living room with an additional dining area, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a pantry. The living room and one of the bedrooms have access to a covered balcony with sea views. The second floor (90 m2) includes three bedrooms, a kitchen, a dining room and a living room, a veranda, a hall, a bathroom and a pantry. The heating in the house is autonomous: a central boiler room with a Viadrus stove is used on the ground floor and a bathroom in the basement, and a separate wood-burning boiler is installed on the ground floor. The house is equipped with two air conditioners: Daikin 3.5W on the ground floor and LG 3.5W on the second floor. The roof of the house was completely renovated in 2020. The external garage room (20 m2) has been converted into a recreation area, where a wood-burning stove is also installed.

The fenced area has several parking spaces, one of which is covered, two rainwater tanks used for watering plants, and an outdoor stone grill. A septic tank is installed in the house.
