Apartment in the center of Opatija

We offer for sale an apartment in the very center of Opatija, located in a historic villa just 100 meters from the sea. The apartment with a total area of 110 m2 is located on the upper attic floor and needs renovation. Part of the facade has been restored, and a new flight of stairs leading to the apartment has been installed. The roof has been partially renovated, but further restoration is required.
