Installment payment options:
• If you pay by April 2032, you will receive no interest.
• If a longer period is selected — up to 10 years from the date of signing the contract — an annual surcharge of 5% is applied to the remaining amount.
Discount system:
• If you deposit 35% or more of the cost at the stage of signing the contract, you will receive a 1% discount.
• If you pay 50% or more, the discount increases to 1.
The complex will be fully ready for use by the summer season of 2027, which allows future owners to plan their occupancy or rental in advance.
