A farmhouse with the possibility of organizing a thermal

This farmhouse is located in Val d'Orcia, 14 km from Radicofani and close to the walls of Continiano.

The stone structure dates back to the middle of the XVI century. In the 1990s, the house was converted into a residential complex. In 2012, the property was renovated.

Currently, the house is organized as follows:
On the ground floor there is a kitchen, a restaurant with a large living room, an elevator room, two bathrooms with a dressing room and a large courtyard of about 1100 m2, where there is also a warehouse and a technical room.

On the second floor there is a large living room, three rooms and two bathrooms with walk-in closets. This floor can be easily converted into a living room or into additional bedrooms, if necessary, to be used as a living space.

On the third floor there are five bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.

It is possible to create a spa center, since a usable thermal aquifer has been discovered on a plot of land, and there is a technical report on this.

The road leading to Continiano intersects with ancient cross streets leading to the town of Pienza and other magnificent villages of Val d'Or. Val di Chiana is also very close and easily accessible: Chianciano Terme and Montepulciano are about 20 minutes away by car, so the property can be a starting point for cultural and gastronomic and wine routes.
