The Diamond Resort compound is located in the heart of Hurghada, steps from the famous Dream Beach and the Tourist Promenade. Three other popular beaches are within walking distance, as well as a courtyard with a relaxation area and a swimming pool.

The apartment has one bedroom, a living room with an open-plan kitchen, two bathrooms (one of which has been converted into a storage room; the bathroom could be restored or converted into a walk-in closet) , and two balconies with beautiful views of a quiet street and mini-compounds. The apartment features modern furniture, appliances, and air conditioning.

The apartment can be converted into two separate studios if desired (the apartment's title allows for this, and the technical feasibility is available). This option is considered if you want to use one studio for living and rent out the other. Studio prices in this compound are 20% higher than the price per studio if they were separated from the main apartment.

The Old Sheraton district is a popular residential and wintering area for expats.
